Spinning® is a cardio-vascular workout on specially designed stationery bikes. A certified instructor uses music, imagery, and technique in the 45 min. class to motivate and train students.
All levels and abilities train together, using heart rate monitors so that each student
is working in the optimum intensity for his/her goals.
